Providence is calling a Physical Therapist to TheOutpatient Physical and Hand Therapy Clinic at Providence St. Peter Hospital inOlympia, WA.
We are seeking a licensed PT to join our team
of caregivers who provide therapy to patients to restore function, relieve
pain, and prevent disability. Our clinic is a large, dynamic clinic
located in the Emilie Gamelin Pavilion, attached to Providence St. Peter
Hospital. We currently have 10 PT’s, 1 PTA, and 1 OT ( CHT). We
serve a diverse population of patients throughout this community with a
focus on 1:1 care. Our clinic specialties include Orthopedics, Hand Therapy and
In this position you will:
Consult with the physician and an interdisciplinary teamto perform PT evaluations, establish treatment plans with goals, providetreatment, delegate specific treatments and perform discharge activities.
Provide education to patients and their families.
Utilize software systems for the maintenance of patientrecords and communication with team members.
Required qualifications for this positioninclude:
Bachelor’s Degree and a Graduate of an accreditedschool of Physical Therapy
Current Physical Therapy (PT) licensure in WashingtonState
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
Preferred qualifications for this positioninclude:
- Post graduate experience
