Providence is calling aPhysical Therapist to The Outpatient Physical and Hand Therapy Clinic atProvidence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA.
We are seeking a
licensed PT to join our team of caregivers who provide therapy to patients
to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability. Our clinic
is a large, dynamic clinic located in the Emilie Gamelin Pavilion,
attached to Providence St. Peter Hospital. We currently have 10 PT’s, 1 PTA,
and 1 OT ( CHT). We serve a diverse population of patients
throughout this community with a focus on 1:1 care. Our clinic specialties
include Orthopedics, Hand Therapy and Women’s Health.
In this position youwill:
Consult with the physician andan interdisciplinary team to perform PT evaluations, establish treatmentplans with goals, provide treatment, delegate specific treatments andperform discharge activities.
Provide education to patientsand their families.
Utilize software systems forthe maintenance of patient records and communication with team members.
Required qualificationsfor this position include:
Bachelor’s Degree and aGraduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
Current Physical Therapy (PT)licensure in Washington State
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
Preferred qualificationsfor this position include:
- Post graduate experience
