Providence Health & Services Supervisor Physical Therapy in Centralia, Washington

Providence is calling a Physical Therapy Supervisor (1.0 FTE, Days) to Providence Centralia Hospital in Centralia, WA.

We are seeking a Physical Therapy Supervisor to render or supervise physical therapy treatment prescribed by a license provider.

In this position you will:

  • Perform initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and physical therapy treatments.

  • Provide patient and/or family with information about the various aspects of the plan of care.

  • Maintain a level of documentation that is consistent with the guidelines of the profession, of regulatory agencies, and of third-party payors.

  • Ensure that the clinic is financially successfully.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelors in Physical Therapy

  • 5 years of experience as a Physical Therapist

  • Washington State Licensure in Physical Therapy

  • Organizational and leadership skills; ability to allocate resources and demonstrate clinical skills

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Masters in Physical Therapy
